DTS (Direct to Shape) Printing

Printing directly onto bottles, cans and complex forms requires tight control of timing, distance and curvature. Graphics must remain accurate around three-dimensional surfaces.

GIS provides enabling software, datapath electronics and ink system components designed for these builds. Non-contact print minimises handling damage, while synchronised motion and image control ensure precise placement.

Short runs and customised production are supported without extensive tooling. The outcome is efficient, repeatable decoration on curved and irregular parts — ready for real-world packaging and product applications.
